Design the uniform Indonesia's select girls team will wear at the International Girls' U-18 Basketball Tournament organized by ALBA BERLIN, 3–6 September 2026.
It runs alongside the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 — the same city, the same week, the best women's basketball on earth.
This is the first Indonesian girls' team to compete at this tournament. What it wears matters. It should tell the world who Indonesian girls are.
We announce the winner on Independence Day, and the design goes to Berlin three weeks later, worn on court, with the designer credited.
Who can enter
Female middle school, high school, and university students studying in Indonesia. Enter as an individual or as a team of two.
No design experience or software required. Hand-drawn entries are accepted and judged equally.
What to design
A two-set uniform: one light, one dark. Each set includes jersey and shorts, shown front and back.
The jersey is open. The shorts carry a fixed 4TheWin side line — see Requirements.
Design direction
Feminine
Designed for girls, not a men's kit resized. Let it show in the lines, the colour, the detail.
Creative
Give us an idea worth remembering — Indonesian girls in spirit, modern in execution. The design should say something about Indonesian girls' empowerment: what it means for a girl from Indonesia to stand on a world stage and belong there. Draw from your own culture, your own story. We are not looking for a batik pattern dropped onto a jersey; we are looking for an idea. We want to see your personality.
Professional
This will be photographed and broadcast against European national and club programmes. It has to hold up. It has to look elite.
Two sets
Light and dark, clearly one family.
Feminine shoulder design
Many female basketball players roll or twist the shoulder strap. Include a small button, snap, velcro or fabric band that lets them do it cleanly — and the jersey must still look right when it isn't used. Or solve it structurally: shape the right shoulder strap so it holds the rolled look on its own, without the need of rolling it.
Fit
Consider how the top and shorts actually sit on a young female athlete — shoulders, armhole, torso length, waist, short length.
Requirements
1. Front of jersey
INDONESIA runs across the chest as the team name. A small IMMA DO GREAT mark sits on the upper left chest, and a small Indonesian flag on the upper right — both kept subordinate to the team name. The player number remains the dominant element on the jersey and must be legible from the stands.
2. If you use the flag
Treat it as an emblem, not a graphic. Keep the Merah Putih at correct 2:3 proportion, correct colours, red above white. Do not stretch it, recolour it, tilt it, crop it, or print numbers, text, or patterns over it.
3. Back of jersey
Player number and player name.
4. Shorts — 4TheWin side line
The shorts must carry the 4TheWin signature side line. A bold contrast stripe runs down the side seam from the waistband, breaks into a sharp stepped angle across the lower thigh, and meets a horizontal contrast band at the hem, with a side vent at the break. This is a fixed structural element — keep the shape and proportion as shown. You choose the colours and how the rest of the shorts work around it.
5. Other
Leave space for sponsor and partner marks. Numbers must be readable from the stands. Keep the design producible — avoid effects that only work on screen.

- One short paragraph, maximum 150 words, explaining your idea
- PDF, JPG or PNG. Scans and photographs of hand drawings are fine if clear and well-lit.
Include full name, school, grade, and contact number for each entrant.

And the winning design is produced and worn by Indonesia's U-18 select girls team at the tournament. The winner is credited across IMMA DO GREAT platforms and receives the produced jersey.
Terms
Entries must be original work.
By entering, participants grant PT Ambisi Dahsyat Gema Prestasi the right to produce, adapt, and publish the design.
Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. A signed consent form is included with the entry pack.
Final production adjustments will be made in consultation with the professional jersey designer to meet tournament uniform rules and manufacturing standards.
