Who we are

This policy explains how IMMA DO GREAT collects and uses personal information. It applies to the amdg.live website and app, our basketball school and programs, our competitions, and our facility.

"IMMA DO GREAT", "AMDG", "we" and "us" means PT Ambisi Dahsyat Gemapersada and its group companies, Jalan Cikajang No. 9, Jakarta 12170, Indonesia. We are the data controller for the information described here.

We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). Where we work with partners abroad, we also respect the privacy laws that apply to them.

What we collect

We collect information directly from you, or from a parent or guardian, when you register, enrol, buy a program, enter a competition, apply for a job, or contact us.

Players and participants

  • Name, date of birth, gender, nationality
  • Contact details: phone, email, home address
  • School name and grade
  • Parent or guardian name and contact details
  • Emergency contact
  • Health information needed for safe participation: injuries, medical conditions, allergies, medication
  • Identity documents for age verification, and passports for overseas trips
  • Photos, video and audio recorded at training, games and events
  • Performance data: attendance, statistics, shooting data, skills assessments
  • Payment records and invoices (card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers)

Coaches, staff and applicants

  • Name, contact details, identity and tax documents, bank account for payment, qualifications, and background check results for anyone working with children

Partners, vendors and media

  • Business contact details

Website and app users

  • Account login details, IP address, device type, pages visited, and how you use the platform

Children

Most of our players are under 18. We only collect a child's information with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, given at registration.

Parents and guardians can see, correct or ask us to delete their child's information at any time. Health information is used only to keep players safe during training and games, and is shared only with coaches and medical staff who need it.

Photos and video of children are taken for coaching, player development and our own communications. You can opt out of marketing use at registration or by contacting us, and we will respect that choice.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Run our basketball school, training programs, competitions and events
  • Register and manage players, teams and schedules
  • Keep players safe, including responding to injuries and emergencies
  • Track attendance, performance and development, and share progress with players and parents
  • Process payments and keep accounting records
  • Provide and improve the amdg.live website and app
  • Send you information about programs, schedules and events you have joined
  • Send marketing about new programs and events, if you have agreed to it
  • Recruit, pay and manage coaches and staff, including background checks
  • Meet legal, safeguarding and tax obligations

We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is needed to run our programs:

  • Coaches and staff who work with players, limited to what their role requires
  • Service providers that host our platform, process payments, send emails, or provide video and performance analysis, under contracts that restrict them to our instructions
  • Competition organisers, federations and venues, for registration and eligibility
  • Partner academies and clubs abroad, when a player joins a camp, tournament or exchange with them
  • Medical providers in an emergency
  • Licensing partners whose brands our programs carry, limited to aggregated program reporting unless we tell you otherwise
  • Authorities, where the law requires it

Public scores, statistics and highlights from competitions may be published on amdg.live and our social media channels.

Storage, security and retention

Your information is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers and with the service providers named above. Access is limited to staff who need it, protected by passwords and role-based permissions, and data is encrypted in transit.

We keep information for as long as you are a player, participant, employee or partner with us, and for up to five years afterwards for records, safeguarding and legal purposes. Health and identity documents are deleted sooner once they are no longer needed. Video footage is kept according to the consent given at registration.

If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

International transfers

Some of our service providers and partner academies are outside Indonesia. When information leaves Indonesia, for example when a player joins an overseas tournament or our platform provider hosts data abroad, we make sure the recipient protects it to a standard equivalent to Indonesian law, through contracts or the recipient's own legal protections.

Your rights

You, or a parent or guardian acting for a child, can:

  • Ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need
  • Withdraw consent, including for photos, video or marketing
  • Object to or limit how we use your information
  • Complain to Indonesia's data protection authority

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 14 days. Deleting some information may mean a player can no longer take part in a program.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your settings, and measure how the site is used. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may then stop working.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use children's information, we will tell parents and guardians directly.
